Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Salesforce remains a core operating system for many SaaS companies, and this role sits at the intersection of revenue workflow, customer operations, and enterprise application reliability. PagerDuty’s emphasis on a global application environment and critical business data points to a mature SaaS organization where systems work needs to support scale, governance, and consistency across regions and teams.
For a SaaS career, the standout value is breadth across the full Lead to Order lifecycle and adjacent tooling that commonly underpins subscription businesses, including CPQ, billing, marketing automation, and e-signature. Experience improving these connected systems builds durable expertise in how SaaS revenue is actually executed, from pipeline creation through contracting, provisioning, and renewals. The role also signals a modern operations toolkit through the explicit use of generative AI to accelerate configuration, documentation, and analysis.
This position fits professionals who like translating business process into platform design, and who can balance stakeholder collaboration with disciplined system stewardship. It will suit someone comfortable owning operational outcomes, working across product, sales, support, and technical teams, and iterating on automation without losing sight of data quality and security.
