Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Harvey sits in a category-defining corner of SaaS where enterprise software meets knowledge work, and this role is a clear example of how go-to-market can extend beyond traditional sales. Building academic partnerships for an AI platform reflects a SaaS distribution strategy that prioritises long-term adoption and ecosystem influence, especially in regulated, credibility-driven domains like legal services.
For a SaaS career, the appeal is the mix of partnership development, enablement, and repeatable program design. Owning a full lifecycle across multiple countries builds practical experience in launching playbooks, driving activation through training, and translating product value for distinct stakeholder groups. That combination is broadly transferable to roles in partner GTM, customer education, community-led growth, and vertical SaaS expansion where adoption depends on structured rollout rather than transactional deals.
This position tends to suit professionals who like operating at the intersection of product and external relationships, and who are comfortable being accountable for outcomes across a portfolio. It also fits someone motivated by international market nuance, stakeholder management from students to senior decision-makers, and the discipline of turning early programs into scalable motions within a SaaS environment.

Role Overview
Harvey's law school program has reached 50+ US schools in year one. Now we are taking it global, and we need the right person to lead that charge expanding in the UK, EMEA, and APAC markets.
As Law School Manager, UK & International, you will own the full lifecycle of Harvey's academic partnerships across your markets — signing new schools, building faculty and dean relationships, running trainings, launching ambassador programs, and driving the curriculum and on-campus embeds that make Harvey helpful to each institution with whom we work.
You will start with deep UK penetration and expand into France, Germany, Singapore, and the Nordics by September 2026. London-based time zone allows meaningful flex coverage for Australian partner schools. You report directly to the Head of Legal Partnerships, Law Schools (New York).
What You'll Do
School Partnerships: Lead outreach, relationship development, and onboarding for UK and EMEA law schools — from flagship institutions to smaller schools.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for every school in your portfolio — owning relationships with faculty, library staff, student organizations, and administrators across each partner institution.
Training & Enablement: Run all product training, demos, workspace setup, and activation events for your portfolio — including semester-start all-hands pushes, large-group faculty workshops, and 1:1 curriculum advisory sessions. Draw on the global Content Specialist and CS Lead for materials and operational support.
Ambassador Programs: Launch and own the UK/EMEA student ambassador and faculty champion networks, adapting the US model for UK and European legal education norms.
Curriculum Advisory: Advise faculty and curriculum committees on how to integrate Harvey into courses, clinics, and legal writing programs — doing the hands-on work that makes academic embeds real.
Market Expansion: Build the playbook for each new market; execute the September 2026 international launch across Paris, Berlin, Singapore, and the Nordics.
Cross-functional: Partner with Harvey's UK commercial team, legal engineering, and marketing on in-market events, firm-to-school pipeline, and co-activation opportunities.
What You Have
Ideal candidates for the Law School Manager, UK & International role at Harvey can demonstrate comfort and experience with the following:
UK law degree preferred (LLB, LPC, or equivalent) — deep understanding of how UK law schools are structured and how faculty, students, and administrators operate
Strong experience in legal practice, legal tech, legal innovation, or academic programs — experience in a client-facing or externally-facing role is a strong differentiator
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of relationships in a high-growth or startup environment — you keep up with a high volume without losing account depth
Comfortable running product trainings and demos for audiences ranging from first-year students to senior faculty and deans
Entrepreneurial and self-directed — you build from scratch, operate without a playbook, and hold yourself accountable across multiple markets
Strong organizational instincts — you can manage many schools across multiple countries and time zones.
Based in London; willing and able to travel across the UK, Europe, and APAC
