What You’ll Be Working On:
You’ll be part of theACT team (Agent Configuration Tools), building out powerful configuration tools used by admins to manage agents and user behavior within Genesys Cloud.
- Develop clean, scalable, and composable frontend applications usingTypeScript,JavaScript, and modern frameworks likeReact
- Modernize existing legacy UIs into fast, user-friendly SPAs
- Contribute to ourdesign system, component libraries, andfrontend architecture
- Write testable, maintainable code and contribute tounit, integration, and E2E test coverage
- Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QA in an agile, autonomous squad
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re looking for someone who is bothtechnically stronganduser-focused, with a passion for frontend development:
- Solid experiencewith modernJavaScriptandTypeScript
- Expertise inSPA frameworks(React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Strong grasp ofHTML,CSS, and browser fundamentals
- Experience with modern tooling (e.g.,Vite,Webpack,Node.js)
- Familiar with testing frameworks and a strong belief inquality-first development
- Comfortable withGitand collaborative development workflows
- Curious, collaborative, and always learning
