Job Title: Senior Learning & Enablement Partner
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Department: HR - Talent Development
Reports To: Director of Learning & Enablement
Overview
As a Learning Community & Engagement Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how employees experience growth and development at Genesys. This is a highly visible, international-facing role where your work will directly influence how people discover, connect with, and engage in learning. You’ll champion Upward, our learning and development brand, while also designing and orchestrating structured engagement plans and campaigns that bring consistency, visibility, and clarity to our programs. By sparking curiosity and amplifying employee voices, you’ll foster grassroots learning communities that make development a natural, meaningful part of everyday work.
With a tech-forward mindset, including exploration of emerging tools and AI, you’ll scale social and peer-to-peer learning, spotlight employee stories, and activate regional champions who bring learning to life across geographies and functions. Your efforts will inspire employees to see learning not just as skill-building, but as a shared journey that strengthens connection and belonging at Genesys.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Engagement & Adoption
- Build and manage a Learning Engagement & Community Plan that defines how learners are engaged through Employee Resource Groups, regional forums, business unit newsletters, and keeping channel use consistent and easy to navigate.
- Lead the creation and orchestration of an Editorial Calendar in partnership with internal/external communications, Global Brand, and Talent Development program owners that amplifies the Upward brand through integrated narratives and campaigns.
- Partner with program owners on launch plans and employee engagement channels that turn interest into participation and adoption.
- Design and maintain core assets that make it easy for employees and internal stakeholders to understand and access learning & development resources and programs across all career moments.
Social Learning & Community
- Design and promote social learning opportunities (communities of practice, learning circles, showcases) that connect people around shared skills and goals.
- Equip learning champions (i.e. regional partners, functional partners, Employee Resource Groups, etc…) with playbooks, starter kits, and facilitation guides to grow self-sustaining grassroots communities.
- Lead engagement initiatives that connect employees through shared learning experiences across regions.
Measurement & Insights
- Define success metrics for engagement (e.g., awareness, reach, participation, repeat engagement, completion, sentiment, community health).
- Build feedback loops and analyze data to refine content, channels, and community tactics and make recommendations.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in learning enablement, employee engagement, or a related field; or equivalent experience that demonstrates capability.
- Proven ability to design and implement strategies that drive engagement with learning.
- Experience building social learning programs, communities of practice, or employee engagement networks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence in speaking to large and diverse groups across regions.
- Fluency in English with clear, audience-aware writing and storytelling; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to operate confidently in a global, matrixed environment.
- Tech-forward mindset with curiosity and confidence in using emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance engagement and scale support.
What Sets You Apart
- Experience as a brand ambassador or advocate, with a strong ability to represent and amplify organizational initiatives and able to translate programs into simple, compelling narratives.
- Experience coordinating an editorial calendar across multiple stakeholder groups and regions.
- Background in corporate communications, adult learning, and community-led growth in enterprise settings.
- Experience with Workday Learning or other learning platforms.
How You’ll Know You’re Succeeding (first 12 months)
- Enable: You’ve developed a plan for a Learning Engagement & Community Plan that defines how learners are engaged through Employee Resource Groups, regional forums, business unit newsletters, etc… Most importantly, this plan is socialized with key stakeholders, leaders are bought in, and the Talent Development team is actively engaging with you on it.
- Activate: Grassroots champions in priority regions/functions actively run at least one recurring peer-learning format with steady attendance.
- Create: You’ve created a cohesive editorial calendar of narratives and campaigns that consistently elevates Upward, improving discovery and repeat participation.
- Analyze: You’ve established a simple engagement dashboard and use insights to iterate campaigns and community programming.
