About the role:

We’re looking for a QA engineer to join our engineering group and help ensure the quality and reliability of life-saving medical software products.

You will:

Create and execute test plans for new software products and features
Verify product functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Backend, Desktop-app)
Report, track, and verify bug fixes
Build and improve QA processes and testing environments to support frequent, high-quality software releases
Work on building a quality-driven engineering culture, collaborate closely with developers, product managers and UX designer to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
Promote continuous improvement in testing tools, automation and coverage

We are looking for:

3+ years proven experience in testing complex backend and mobile systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Capable of working independently with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
Self-learner who quickly adapts to new technologies
Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools and processes
AI Native: You treat AI as a core part of your workflow, using tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output.
Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and bugs
Experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments
