What will you do at Sweep?
As a Back-End Developer at Sweep, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our innovative platform. Working alongside a talented team in Tel Aviv, you will:
- Design and develop core products and features that empower our users to achieve their goals.
- Partner closely with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
- Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Take initiative in solving complex technical challenges while contributing to the strategic direction of our technology stack.
We are looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and takes pride in contributing to team success.
- Approaches development with a product-first mindset, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Solid knowledge of our tech stack, including Node.js, Python, JavaScript (TypeScript), Docker, SQL, and AWS (or similar cloud platforms).
- Hands-on experience with high-scale systems and production environments is a strong advantage.
- A degree in Computer Science or similar (advantage).
