Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Truework sits in a distinctly SaaS-shaped niche: operationalizing access to employment and income data as a repeatable, time-sensitive service embedded in workflows like lending, tenant screening, and background checks. With Truework operating independently after its acquisition by Checkr, the role signals a product-led organization where delivery quality and compliance are central to the customer experience, not an afterthought.
For SaaS operators, this kind of position builds durable fundamentals in “fulfillment ops” that many subscription businesses rely on when automation is incomplete or edge cases matter. The work offers direct exposure to SLAs, documentation standards, risk controls, and the feedback loops between operations, support, and quality—patterns that translate to roles in trust & safety, customer operations, and process improvement across SaaS categories.
This role tends to suit early-career professionals who prefer structured execution, high accountability, and measurable throughput, and who are comfortable doing persistent external outreach to unblock outcomes. It also fits someone interested in how SaaS companies turn messy real-world inputs into reliable product outputs, and who wants to develop judgment around accuracy, escalation, and operational rigor.

- Strong time management and organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit productivity and fulfillment goals
- Deep sense of ownership over customer and revenue-impacting work, and a commitment to data security, confidentiality, and compliance in every interaction
What you’ll get:
- A fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Learning and development allowance
- Competitive cash and equity compensation and opportunity for advancement
- 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services
- Flexible PTO policy
