The Role
As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer on the Work Automation team, you will play a key role in designing and building high-quality, scalable user interfaces that power core product capabilities. You will work closely with Product, UX, and Engineering peers to deliver intuitive, performant, and accessible experiences for enterprise customers.
You’ll be part of an agile, highly collaborative team that enjoys solving complex technical challenges and turning great design into great software. From translating UX wireframes into production-ready code to thinking through performance, security, and scalability, you’ll help take our frontend experiences to the next level.
We primarily build using Angular, and our solutions run on AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and testable frontend software.
Deliver features end-to-end across the full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, production-ready UI components.
Understand and contribute to the overall system architecture and the wider product ecosystem.
Participate actively in code reviews, promoting high standards and improving team velocity.
Mentor and support less-experienced engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Champion frontend best practices, design patterns, accessibility standards, and agile methodologies.
Ensure appropriate processes are followed for data security, traceability, and information sharing.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, technologies, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is a plus).
4+ years of professional experience in Frontend Software Engineering.
Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Angular and/or React.
Solid experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
