Winn.ai is a cutting-edge startup specializing in real-time assistance for revenue leaders and representatives during virtual meetings. Backed by leading venture capitalists, we are on a rapid growth trajectory and are looking to expand our team.
We are in search of a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and enhancing existing client relationships.
*US hours
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify leads. Coordinate with assigned sales reps to prepare for and schedule demo meetings with target prospects.
- Collaborate with team members to innovate and optimize the sales development process.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement tailored prospect communication plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to share vital insights and product improvement.
- Support and assist users to ensure a positive and productive experience.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English - Must.
- Willingness to work in US hours - Must.
- 2 years of sales/business experience - Must.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and as part of a fast-growing startup.
- Prior startup sales experience is a significant advantage.
