Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Enablement roles sit at the connective tissue of SaaS go to market, translating product narrative into repeatable field execution. This position is notable because it combines two levers that materially influence a subscription business: structured learning for revenue teams and the internal moments that align a global GTM organization. In a company selling CX and IT service software at meaningful scale, that blend tends to surface how messaging, process, and tooling land across segments and regions.
From a SaaS career standpoint, the work builds durable operating skills that travel well across vendors and categories. Running kickoffs, onboarding programs, and quarterly training cycles forces rigor around measurement, feedback loops, and iteration, which are central to continuous improvement in SaaS revenue engines. The cross functional partnerships with product, marketing, and sales leadership also provide a practical view of how positioning, releases, and enablement assets connect to pipeline and retention outcomes.
This role fits professionals who prefer ownership of end to end delivery and are comfortable balancing strategy with logistics. It will suit someone who communicates clearly in writing and live settings, and who enjoys coordinating stakeholders across time zones. The hybrid setup and stated travel expectation align best with candidates who value in person facilitation as part of their enablement craft.
