Our Ad Sales Training & Enablement team helps Spotify’s global Sales organization perform at its best. We design and deliver learning experiences that keep our sellers confident, informed, and customer-focused. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Business Marketing, we build programs that support growth across Spotify’s evolving advertising business.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with sales leaders to shape and deliver training strategies for LATAM teams, with a focus on Mexico and Brazil
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Business Marketing to enable teams on new ad products and positioning
- Design and facilitate interactive workshops that build core sales and account management skills
- Assess learning needs and create clear, practical training materials that support day-to-day work
- Provide coaching that helps sales team members grow their confidence and impact
- Measure program effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve learning experiences
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or a related field
- You understand the digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and/or social platforms
- You know how to facilitate sessions that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to different learning styles
- You have experience building end-to-end training programs, from needs assessment to delivery
- You build strong relationships with stakeholders across teams and levels
- You communicate feedback clearly and supportively, helping others grow
- You stay organized and manage multiple projects across regions with ease
- You have experience in sales or media buying
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, and you have working proficiency in Portuguese
Where You'll Be:
- This role is based in Mexico City
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2 times per week.
