Description
We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Art Monetization Lead to bridge the gap between our Product Monetization teams and our Global Art production. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative lifecycle of monetization assets—from high-level conceptualization and briefing to final technical QA and implementation. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who understands Product Strategy as well as Art Production.
Responsibilities
- Turning high-level business goals into engaging visual stories and clear creative plans.
- Oversee our global art team, prioritizing tasks and providing professional guidance and maintaining high standards.
- Execute hands-on design work, creating high-impact assets that set the visual standard for our monetization features and events.
- Translate vague business requirements and high-level concepts into clear, coherent, and actionable creative briefs for the art team.
- Continuously optimize art production workflows and pipelines to shorten time-to-market
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Lead or Senior role within Art Production, Design Operations, or Creative Product Management (preferably in the Mobile Gaming industry).
- A strong eye for UI/UX design and visual hierarchy, combined with an understanding of monetization mechanics.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Figma and Generative AI platforms.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical art requirements to non-artists and translate business goals effectively to creative teams.
- A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership
