Job Description
We’re growing rapidly, and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sr. UX Designer to play a key role in crafting these experiences.

You will:
- Drive the end-to-end user experiences of one of Gong’s key product areas according to user needs and business goals.
- Act as the user advocate, utilizing user-centered design principles to craft intelligent, cutting-edge, user-centered digital experiences.
- Facilitate product vision by researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating mockups.
- Conduct usability studies to research how customers engage with our features.
- Work together with the product team and engineers to bring these experiences to life.
- Help develop, manage, and refine UX patterns and guidelines.
You have:
- 4+ years experience as a UX designer, preferably in complex B2B SaaS products.
- Proficiency in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy-to-understand designs.
- A degree in a related field (HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, etc).
- A highly analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
- A proven background in UX methodologies and applying user-centric design processes.
- A high level of verbal and written English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Figma and other design tools - an advantage.
- A portfolio of recent work.
