Responsibilities
Strategy Execution: Executes the end-to-end business strategy for Cash Loan’s transformational roadmap, focusing on sustainable profitability and market expansion.
Growth Optimization: Identifies and executes high-impact upsell, cross-sell & business optimization opportunities within the Lending/GCash ecosystem to increase the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) of the Cash Loans portfolio.
Transformation Delivery: Acts as the business lead for transformational builds, ensuring these new features align with user needs and business targets
Inclusion Pilot Management: Leads the design and rollout of specialized lending pilots (e.g., Farmer/Fisher, Women, and OFW loans), managing the lifecycle from discovery to full-scale commercialization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing to drive desired behavior from external and internal customers
Skilled in conducting Data Analysis and Visualization (knowledge in SQL is a plus)
With strong business acumen
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Experience from Fintech (lending) or telco industry is a plus
