You will be responsible for the following:
- Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Transit acquiring business and merchant acquisition, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Bridge the operational and technical needs of merchants with internal technical capabilities for effective user-centric solutions.
- Maintain complete ownership of the AFCS vendor relationship, providing high-level design direction, and actively managing their build and delivery schedule.
- Develop user stories and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct regular sprint planning and review meetings in agile.
- Analyze the technical performance and delivery of the AFCS vendor, using data-driven insights to ensure high-quality and timely execution as well as constant short term iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, finance, governance, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and go to market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
