We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Offboarding Product Owner to lead the design, development, and delivery of product initiatives that support the customer offboarding journey. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and customer needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong product management experience, a solid understanding of customer experience, and the ability to translate strategic goals into impactful product solutions.
You will be responsible for the following:
Owning product design and delivery activities for the assigned product under Customer Offboarding
Planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring product builds from initiation through completion
Assessing business value and developing product cases, while prioritizing stories, epics, and themes based on strategy and impact
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational requirements are reflected in product builds
Preparing user stories and partnering with relevant teams to clearly define business and technical requirements
Working closely with Squad, Tribe, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure product builds are delivered on spec and on time
Managing the product backlog, including defects, enhancements, and feature requests, through closure
Co-driving agile ceremonies and delivery discussions with the Scrum Master and squad members to enable efficient product development
Mapping customer front-end and back-end journeys to support product analysis and solution design
Partnering with Product Operationalization teams to establish processes, handling frameworks, and product briefs needed for launch.
We are looking for:
Proven experience in Product Management
Strong understanding of customer journey, product design, and user experience principles
Experience in project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
Knowledge of systems, business processes, rules, and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with Agile ways of working and product development practices
Strong analytical, planning, and prioritization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
