Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
In the SaaS ecosystem, experiential and field marketing has become a primary lever for creating demand in crowded categories, especially for newer platforms defining a workflow end to end. This role sits at that intersection, shaping how an AI-native finance product is experienced by CFO and finance leaders through owned events, partner activations, and executive programs. It is notable in a market where trust, proof, and peer validation often drive adoption as much as feature differentiation.
From a SaaS career standpoint, the scope signals strong exposure to revenue-aligned marketing. Ownership of ROI reporting, influenced pipeline, and post-event conversion connects brand-building work to measurable outcomes, a skill set that translates across B2B SaaS go-to-market teams. The emphasis on playbooks and systems also reflects how modern SaaS marketing scales repeatable motions rather than one-off campaigns, building operational discipline that remains valuable across stages and categories.
This position tends to suit a marketer who prefers end-to-end accountability and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Growth, BD, and Product Marketing. It aligns with someone comfortable making tradeoffs across strategy, logistics, and measurement, and who is motivated by turning in-person and virtual touchpoints into consistent pipeline contribution.

Tabs is building the first AI-native revenue platform, powering companies like Statsig, Cursor, and 2x.
We’re looking for an Event & Experiential Marketing Lead to own how Tabs shows up in the world. This role is responsible for designing and executing high-impact, high-signal experiences (both virtual and in-person) that bring our brand to life and drive pipeline.
From private CFO dinners and executive roundtables to city takeovers, field activations, and category-defining experiences, you’ll turn Tabs into a brand that’s felt, not just seen.
You will work closely with Growth, Sales, BD, Partnerships, and PMM to ensure every experience ties back to pipeline, account engagement, and revenue.
What you’ll own

Design high-impact, differentiated experiences that stand out in a crowded market
Coordinate virtual events, webinars, and speaking opportunities for Tabs
Partner with BD and Growth to run ABM-driven field programs tied to priority accounts, verticals, and intent signals
Turn events into revenue by owning post-event conversion strategy such as BDR/AE follow-up, sequencing, and pipeline acceleration
Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines with high attention to detail
Track and report on event ROI, influenced pipeline, and program performance
Build playbooks and systems so events scale as a core GTM motion, not one-off efforts
You’re a fit if you
Have 7+ years of experience in B2B field, event, or community marketing
Have moved beyond execution and can own strategy + outcomes, not just logistics
Are extremely organized, love project management, and sweat the details
Are excellent at partnering with Sales and driving crisp follow-up
Know how to measure programs and report results
Are resourceful, adaptable, and energized by building with a small team
Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one
Write clearly and communicate well
