Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Value Engineering is increasingly central in SaaS businesses that sell complex, outcome driven products, and this role sits at the operational layer that determines whether that function scales consistently. The focus on tools, templates, governance, and knowledge flows signals a company investing in repeatable value articulation rather than relying solely on individual expertise. In a SaaS context, that operational backbone becomes part of the commercial system, shaping how teams explain impact as products and priorities evolve.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable experience in standardisation and enablement across cross functional groups such as pre sales, business architecture, and transformation. Owning shared repositories and self serve value tooling develops a practical understanding of how value narratives are created, maintained, and adopted at scale. The emphasis on automation and AI enabled workflows also maps to a broader SaaS trend toward operational leverage and measurable consistency in customer facing motions.
This position tends to suit professionals who enjoy building structure that others rely on, and who are comfortable balancing governance with usability. It aligns with someone ready to run multiple initiatives, translate field insight into reusable guidance, and operate with a systems mindset in an office based environment.

Job Description
Build the backbone that helps Value Engineering scale across Coveo
How do you help a growing function scale its impact without losing consistency, quality, or speed? As our Senior Advisor of Value Engineering Operations, you will build the systems, standards, and workflows that help Coveo’s Value Engineering function operate more effectively and scale more consistently across the business.
This role is primarily focused on creating the operational backbone behind the function - from shared tools and templates to governance, knowledge flows, and automation. At the same time, you will help extend the impact of Value Engineering across Coveo by improving adoption of self-serve value tools, turning field insight into reusable guidance, and helping teams stay aligned on how Coveo creates value as products and priorities evolve.
As our Senior Advisor of Value Engineering Operations, you will:
Own the shared tools, templates, and repositories that support Value Engineering work across the team and the wider organization.
Establish governance for templates, automations, and shared assets so they remain current, trusted, and easy to adopt.
Drive adoption and effective use of Coveo Lift (Value Engineering Platform) and other self-serve value tools across the organization.
Build repeatable workflows to capture insights from Business Architecture, Value Engineering, and Transformation and turn them into recurring digests, shared resources, and reusable guidance.
Translate major product, launch, and strategic developments into clear value guidance and enablement for teams across Coveo.
Identify and launch priority automation and AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work and improve how value knowledge is captured, maintained, and scaled.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
5+ years of experience in operations, enablement, consulting operations, program management, knowledge management, or similar roles focused on scaling team effectiveness.
Track record of building repeatable processes, shared systems, or operating models that improve consistency and efficiency.
Strong program management and execution skills, with the ability to run multiple initiatives and keep shared systems reliable and up to date.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn team input into clear standards, documentation, and reusable resources.
What will make you stand out:
Experience in or supporting consulting, value engineering, pre-sales, or other customer-facing strategic teams.
Familiarity with automation tooling, AI-assisted workflows, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience creating internal digests, enablement assets, or knowledge-sharing programs that help teams learn from each other.
Ability to balance structure and governance with practicality and ease of adoption.
