Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Revenue Operations sits at the center of how SaaS companies turn product demand into predictable revenue, and this Associate role reflects that connective tissue. The remit spans Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, which is where many SaaS businesses standardize how pipeline, retention, and reporting work together. The emphasis on dashboards, workflow automation, and CRM data quality signals a GTM environment that relies on instrumentation and process discipline rather than ad hoc execution.
For a SaaS career, this kind of role compounds quickly because it builds fluency in the operating system of recurring revenue. Experience with lead routing, territory logic, campaign measurement, and forecasting creates a transferable foundation across SaaS segments, from security to vertical software. The mix of program management and analytics also develops the ability to translate messy commercial realities into scalable processes and decision-ready metrics.

About the role:
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dashlane's revenue generation efforts. You will help support the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and developing programs for the GTM teams to drive efficiency, ensure we comply with corporate standards, and improve our customer interactions and relationships as your insights and contributions will directly impact the company's revenue growth and customer experience.
At Dashlane you will:
- Coordinate cross-functional revenue and retention programs, managing project lifecycles from planning to delivery while proactively resolving roadblocks to hit GTM milestones.
- Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to analyze sales and customer data, uncovering trends and best practices that drive revenue growth and retention.
- Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows (e.g., prospecting and expansion) to increase conversion rates and ensure team-wide adherence.
- Support key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and campaign launches, focusing on introducing long-term efficiencies and data-driven problem solving.
- Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns, providing empirical, evidence-based recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition metrics.
- Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting by establishing robust data structures and ensuring high QA standards in the CRM.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication.
- A proactive, growth-oriented attitude—ideally backed by 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role.
