Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Revenue Operations Associate role stands out because it sits at the operating system layer of a SaaS go to market engine. The remit spans sales, customer success, marketing, and finance, reflecting how subscription businesses rely on tightly connected data and processes to manage acquisition, expansion, and retention. The focus on dashboards, forecasting hygiene, and workflow automation signals a modern RevOps function built around measurable funnel performance and CRM integrity.
For a SaaS career path, the role builds durable leverage in how recurring revenue is managed at scale. Experience improving lead routing, territory design, and program execution translates across B2B SaaS categories because the underlying mechanics are similar even when products differ. The mix of analytics, systems administration, and cross functional project delivery also develops the ability to turn ambiguous GTM questions into operational decisions that teams can execute.
This position fits someone who prefers structured problem solving and enjoys being the connector between teams rather than owning a single channel. It will suit a professional who is comfortable balancing stakeholder needs with standards and governance, and who likes working close to tooling such as Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms. It is a strong match for builders who want to be accountable for how revenue work gets done.

- Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows (e.g., prospecting and expansion) to increase conversion rates and ensure team-wide adherence.
- Influence key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and revenue building initiatives, focusing on introducing long-term efficiencies and data-driven problem solving.
- Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns, providing empirical, evidence-based recommendations to improve ROI and acquisition metrics.
- Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting by establishing robust data structures and ensuring high QA standards in the CRM.

- Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows, including data QA/QC and reporting within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication.
- A proactive, growth-oriented attitude—ideally backed by 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role.
