Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Innovation Product Manager role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of an enterprise platform and a heavily regulated, workflow-driven customer base. The listing signals a product organisation operating in the applied AI layer—where adoption depends as much on deployment design and governance as on features—within a company that is already selling globally and working with complex stakeholders.
For a SaaS career, the role builds durable product skills that translate across enterprise software: turning ambiguous customer problems into repeatable workflows, running pilots through to production, and feeding structured learnings back into roadmap influence. The emphasis on end-to-end deployments also mirrors how many modern SaaS companies ship value—through product plus implementation patterns—especially when introducing new technology categories.
This position is best suited to professionals who enjoy being close to customers while maintaining a product lens, and who are comfortable operating across go-to-market and product/engineering conversations. It will fit someone motivated by translating domain expertise (legal, legal ops, or adjacent consulting) into scalable software outcomes, and who prefers roles where success is measured in real-world adoption rather than only shipped functionality.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Why Harvey
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 700+ customers in 58+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
Role Overview
This role blends elements of product management, innovation strategy, solutions design, and forward-deployed partnership. You’ll work directly with leading law firms and corporate legal teams to translate messy, high-value legal work into AI-powered workflows — and ensure they succeed in production.
We don’t build software for lawyers; we build it with them. Our teams sit shoulder-to-shoulder with partners, associates, innovation groups, and CIOs to understand problems at depth, design first-of-kind workflows, and ship products that reshape how legal work gets done.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises — diagnosing pain points, mapping high-value opportunities, and guiding how Harvey integrates into their practice.
Work with the go-to-market team to shape pilots and deployments end-to-end: discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and firm-wide rollout.
Work with innovation leaders, legal operations, and practice groups alongside Customer Success — ensuring the platform becomes embedded in day-to-day legal work
Translate user insights into product direction to influence roadmap
Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI — from improving associate leverage to transforming workflows across practices like M&A, litigation, regulatory, and transactions.
Shape how the legal industry adapts to AI. You’ll be in the room where the new operating model of law is being defined.
What You Have
You come from the legal world, but you’ve always gravitated toward innovation, experimentation, and systems thinking. You’ve seen how complex legal work happens in practice — and you’re excited to redesign it with cutting-edge AI.
You’ll thrive here if you:
Have experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups
Are product-savvy and tech-curious. You’re not expected to code, but you can navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
Communicate with clarity and confidence across roles — partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
Can independently run multiple client engagements in parallel.
Care deeply about quality and user outcomes while keeping a strong bias for action.
Are energized by building something new in a domain going through its biggest shift in decades.
