Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Product Manager role stands out because it sits at the intersection of SaaS platform strategy and ecosystem development. Rather than focusing on a single in-app workflow, it is centered on integrations, APIs, and partner-driven use cases—work that becomes increasingly important as SaaS products mature into platforms with marketplaces and extensibility expectations. The scope spans data movement into and out of Gong and coordination with external vendors, signaling a product surface area that reaches beyond one company’s codebase.
For a SaaS career, ecosystem PM experience tends to compound: it builds fluency in how revenue, product adoption, and customer outcomes are influenced by third-party tooling and interoperability. Owning an integrations roadmap also develops durable skills in KPI-driven iteration, launch discipline (testing and pre-launch programs), and translating ambiguous multi-stakeholder inputs into product decisions—capabilities that transfer across B2B SaaS categories.
This role is best suited to product leaders who enjoy cross-company collaboration and can balance technical constraints with partner and customer context. It fits someone comfortable representing product internally and externally, and who prefers roadmap ownership that includes discovery, prioritization, and measurable outcomes rather than feature delivery in isolation.
