We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager specializing in SaaS enterprise B2B solutions to lead the development and enhancement of the business-oriented technical aspects of our platform. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the product's scalability and reliability meet the industry standards and our customers’ evolving needs while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the product's infrastructure, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance enhancements.
Customer Engagement: Partner with sales, customer success, and support teams to gather infrastructure-related feedback, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and communicate product capabilities to enterprise customers.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, operations, CISO, and business stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to execute the product roadmap, drive technical improvements and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development of the product roadmap, with focus on business outcomes of infrastructure related features and enhancements.
Technical Compliance: Stay informed about relevant technical standards and best practices, ensuring the product remains compliant and up to date.
Requirements
You’ll do it using:
3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with exposure to customers and customer-facing teams, focusing on infrastructure, performance, or scalability projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Familiarity with SaaS B2B software solutions for the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Experience with Agile product development methodologies
