Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Product Manager role stands out in SaaS because it treats “content” as a first-class product surface rather than a marketing asset. Owning GTM templates, playbooks, and AI-generated packs inside the application reflects a broader shift in SaaS toward packaged expertise—helping customers realize value through guided starting points embedded directly in workflows across multiple product domains.
From a career perspective, the remit builds durable SaaS product skills around adoption mechanics and time-to-value. Managing a library lifecycle (creation, measurement, iteration, retirement) requires disciplined instrumentation and outcome thinking, while the cross-functional nature—spanning Product, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success—mirrors how modern SaaS teams operationalize go-to-market within the product itself.
This role is best suited to a product manager who enjoys operating across boundaries and is comfortable owning a “product within the product.” It will fit someone motivated by customer problem patterns across industries and sales motions, and who prefers decisions grounded in usage data. The scope also favors practitioners who like balancing strategy with hands-on execution and continuous refinement.

Job Description
We’re growing rapidly and are seeking an amazing product manager to play a key role in shaping Gong’s GTM Content strategy - a cross-cutting initiative that touches multiple product areas.
Our products become exponentially more valuable when customers can start with curated, best-practice content - from dashboards and scorecards, to enablement tracks, playbooks, and AI-generated content packs. This role will own the strategy, creation, and lifecycle of GTM content and templates, ensuring they drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and position Gong as a thought leader in revenue excellence.
You will:
- Take full ownership of Gong’s GTM Content strategy and experience, across multiple product domains (Forecast, Enablement & Coaching, Dashboards and more).
- Build and expand a library of ready-to-use templatesand content that solve real customer problems and reflect industry best practices.
- Work with customers, users, and GTM teams to understand and prioritize template needs across industries, roles, and sales motions.
- Define and manage the full lifecycle for content and templates — creation, analytics-based iteration, and retirement - ensuring continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure content is deeply integrated into the product experience and easy to discover, customize, and adopt.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch and promote content as part of product releases and GTM plays.
- Use data to measure adoption and impact, and translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions.
You are:
- A top talent product manager with a proven background in SaaS products (3+ years) - a must.
- Passionate about accelerating customer value through pre-built, high-impact solutions.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and customer teams - a must.
- Comfortable owning a “product within the product” - balancing strategy, execution, and iteration.
- Data-driven, with the ability to define success metrics and use them to improve outcomes.
- Skilled at understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive, high-value solutions.
- Fluent or highly proficient in English.
