Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This contract HR Benefits Specialist role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the operational center of a distributed, product-led business that supports customers at enterprise scale. The scope spans the U.S., UK, and global EOR populations, reflecting the cross-border realities common in modern SaaS teams. Workday administration, benefits programs, and time-bound events like Open Enrollment connect directly to the systems and rhythms that keep subscription businesses running smoothly.
For a SaaS career, the value is in building repeatable People Operations infrastructure under real deadlines and audit expectations. Hands-on ownership of compliance documentation, leave programs, and benefits workflows develops a practical understanding of how SaaS companies balance speed with risk management. Experience coordinating with Finance, brokers, vendors, and external auditors also translates well across SaaS environments where cross-functional execution is a daily requirement.
This role fits professionals who prefer structured, execution-heavy work and who take satisfaction in accuracy, follow-through, and clear process. It is particularly aligned with someone comfortable operating independently in a remote setup while supporting stakeholders across time zones. The contract window also suits candidates who like defined deliverables and measurable operational impact.
