Level AI (thelevel.ai) is an Enterprise SaaS startup. Our vision is to build AI tools that augment, not replace, humans. Our first market is in contact centers. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Mountain View, though the role can also be done from a remote US location.

Responsibilities:

Leverage your product and technology domain expertise to deepen your understanding of our users and industry landscape.

Influence product vision and strategy, aligning your work with long-term goals and objectives.

Lead customer research initiatives to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.

Translate research findings into actionable insights and design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.

Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and documentation to communicate design concepts and specifications to stakeholders.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across products and platforms.
What we are looking for:

5+ years w/experience in AI-native products

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.

AI/ML fluency: Demonstrated experience designing for non-deterministic systems. You understand prompting, model constraints

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. (Figma is our primary tool)
