As our Senior Specialist, AI GTM Automation, you will:
Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents across the GTM stack, from inbound lead handling to outbound automation
Integrate systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data enrichment tools
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutions
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI initiatives based on performance and return on investment
Drive adoption of AI tools across GTM teams by enabling and educating stakeholders
Contribute to initiatives such as conversational AI, account intelligence, and personalization at scale
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
Strong understanding of GTM systems, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations ecosystems
Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows
Familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM platforms
Proven ability to ship solutions and measure their real-world impact
